The holiday home had a modern and stylish design with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The owners were accommodating and provided a warm welcome with flowers and a bottle of prosecco. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with two bathrooms and good air conditioning. The patio was a lovely addition to enjoy the warm weather. The local bus was a convenient and affordable way to explore the city center of Palermo. we had a pleasant experience during our Christmas holiday.

There was some confusion regarding parking rules, as it was only allowed on one side of the street for residents. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions or a note to place on the dashboard.

Case D'A Mare was a delightful place to stay during my trip to Mondello. The database provided a great selection of options, and I chose a room with a nice little terrace. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The well-equipped kitchen was also a nice addition – it allowed me to cook some of my own meals and save money on dining out.

The cleaning expenses at the end of the stay made the overall cost a bit overpriced, especially for a short stay.

Absolutely fabulous holiday and the perfect place for our celebration as a newly engaged couple. The location is ideal for beach relaxation, not a party scene! We had a fantastic stay at Case D'A Mare in Mondello. the warm welcome with flowers, prosecco, and local pastry made us feel right at home. the split-level apartment was trendy and had all the amenities we needed, including two bathrooms and good air conditioning. It was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet, despite its proximity to the beach and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy the delicious Sicilian ice cream and seafood specialties. We highly recommend a boat rental to discover the stunning coastline. it was a wonderful holiday that exceeded our expectations. Cons: All good! 😊.

I always stay at this place in Mondello. No regrets. Staff found my fav shops for me before. Has wi-fi, cookware, AC, shuttle, TV. Beach access, no pets, non-smoking. I'm coming back for Easter. So perfect.

Stairs within the apartment were so unsafe, got into a really bad accident. But hey, who needs a handrail anyway?
